You just made yourself a high risk low reward boxer. Wondered who would want to dance with you now.

@ everyone acting like Ortiz was the only one not doing much. He actually landed more punches than Lopez. He knows that Teo is a strong counterpuncher, so he avoided standing in front of him and throwing. Meanwhile, Lopez just followed Jamaine around the ring all night, swinging for the fences at air, instead of cutting off the ring. The truth is, both fighters stunk up the joint.

And people get all freaky cause Lopez is showing his anger and screaming , pointing to the crowd etc etc but in all reality not doing much more than that
        But He won ???

Don't fight like a pendejo , if you get another chance on the big stage. Boxing is a sport , it's also a business, and it's entertainment. If you can't put butts in seats or drive tv ratings , you're unlikely to get breaks when it can go either way. Using a negative style will quickly make you persona non grata among fans , promoters , and networks.

We know that they both shlt the bed , but only one did so on purpose. That's why people are going easier on Teoloco.

Ortiz did much better than I thought he would but he didn’t win.

How about Catterall? There's also Hitchins. Similar boring styles like JOrtiz.

I think we can refer back to the night DeLaHoya fought Trinidad, when Oscar boxed the last 4 rounds and danced a lot, but threw very few punches and it cost him the fight. And in the interview after the fight, he said, "I thought I gave him a boxing lesson". So history teaches us that it's not enough to move around and make someone miss. If you don't also make them pay, and they stay aggressive, in a close fight, the aggressor can sometimes get the nod. The way the judges see it is, although neither guy landed any meaningful punches, one was trying to fight, and one didn't seem to want to engage at all. With so little to choose from between the two, they decided to go for the one who tried to make some action, which was Teofimo. But if I was Teofimo, I wouldn't be doing no victory laps, either. Because he showed that he has more gaps to fill in his game than maybe he thought he did. He touts himself as this complete badass, but he needs more work.
