I'd rather watch Canelo fight a wet paper bag than Charlo. Ever since he lost to Bivol he has been fighting nothing but cans.

he is either gonna fight Charlo, Crawford or Andrade....in that order of most to least likely. That sets up a showdown between Beneviedez and Morrell.

The last time Canelo was involved in a real fight was when he arguably lost to a 36 year old GGG in their rematch.
Well he did get beat by Bivol and wanted no more of that...even at 168.Talk about a cherry pick gone wrong.

He fought Mexicans before mostly tomato cans and had a draw with Jorge Juárez and the noticable Mexicans he fought was Alfredo Ángulo and Josesito López

Might was well fight and destroy Berlanga if he beats Padraig McCroy. Mismatch but would be entertaining!

Yep, THIS was Canelo's "Big career announcement" What a fine champion he's turned out to be!

If he's "the face of boxing", that's one ugly fucking face!

Case in point being Dillian whyte who was number 1 in the rankings with the wbc for over 1000 days - he took the wbc to court, won his case then got his title shot against Fury.
This needs to be the next step, the time for diplomacy is over. Benavidez and Morrell need to put their legal teams on the case.

I’m not so sure tbh. It’s a huge jump in weight.

His "announcement" was to tease an "American" opponent. Probably fishing to see how popular he remains.

Low balling Bivol to make it look like he wanted to take the rematch
                    Saying he doesn't fight Mexicans
Calling fighters "horrible" and not fighting them
Insisting certain fighters have fought "nobody" then proceeding to fight weaker opposition
Making fighters jump up two weight classes to fight him (Khan & Charlo)

This chit-kunt of a human is a parasite and cancer to the sport. He's only interested in milking the game for money and he knows full well deep in his heart there are sharks in his division and north of it who view him as easy food.

Why would this rule out Morrell? He isn't Mexican. Newsflash! Morrell is of Cuban ancestry. Canelo has never called Benavdez a Mexican. Cite the source of your information. Mexicans know the difference between Mexicans and Mexican Americans and Mexicans and Cubans, even if some Americans do not.
