Don't really like how Ortiz is mostly backtracking, but Teofimo shouldn't be complaining at all. Jamaine is just sticking to the game plan, Teo should be able to cut the ring.

Teo is a cheating scrub. Dude is getting owned by Ortiz so he intentionally headbutts him and causes a cut. You can see it clear as day in slow motion that he does that intentionally.
