I thought he lost that fight too. I'd like to see that fight ran back if Filip touches a belt before Zhang. Or if there is some vacant belt & they are the top 2 guys would be a nice time for a rematch then too.

      Have a day off Hrgob****.

What’s Hrgovic’s best unquestionable win? The vast majority had him losing to Zhang. Who else has he even beat? His resume is garbage.

He's very good. Very well schooled and makes good use of what he does well. First saw him at the AIBA worlds in Qatar in 2015 as a skinny kid. Yoka won that one, where he smacked up Joyce and Hrgovic. Jalolov was also there.
I can't get a straight answer on why Ivan Dychko stalled so bad. He was Jalolov's utter master.
I was pretty high on all those guys not too long ago. Yoka really fell from grace. I don't see a resurrection for him.

I like Hrgovic, but he seems to have cooled off some ober the last 18 months.

Opetaia is good, but this overrating and overhyping of him is getting too much now.

Just watch Opetaia vs Breidis from rounds 7 to 12. When Breidis finally got going, he completely dominated him and broke his jaw.

He simply isn't going up to heavyweight and flattening granite chinned, 6ft 6, 246 pounds, top 5 at HW.... Filip Hrgovic. Not happening.

A focused Hrgovic which he was not in their first fight due to personal reasons ...his fathers death and recently getting married, will beat Zhang better than he did in their first fight.
Zhang being 40 means the time to correct the record is NOW. You want him to wait until Zhang is 42? 43? That's not going to make him look better to those of us who thought he lost that fight. Especially with Fury and Usyk tied up with their "May" fight, then a rematch in November, oh wait no, 2025, maybe 2026, oh let's see what the judge says, ouch I got injured, postpone, fight Ngannou again, postpone...

If Hrgovic is waiting to fight Usyk or Fury, he's gonna be in his grave before he takes over any division. He should be fighting any of Zhang, AJ, Parker, Ruiz if his fat butt will stop pricing himself out, etc. You build a resume by fighting as many of the top guys as you can.

Zhang and Parker right now look like the only guys who are ready for the smoke.

I'm not even convinced Hrgovic beats the likes of Jared Anderson.

Heh...didnt say he was going to, just that is something I'd like to see. Don't expect that Jai will move up to heavy for a few years anyway.

If he wanted to collect the unified cruiser straps and get an automatic mando ala Usyk that'd be pretty sweet too.
