No that's not it. Boots has been calling out all the top guys at 147 by name for a couple years b4 he even became champ, including Bud... You obviously missed all of that. When Bud was 29-0, he had been blowing through everyone put in front of him, just like Boots is now. And just like they're saying with Boots now, back then, they were all saying Bud hadn't fought anyone, just bums, he had no chin, he got exposed by Gamboa, etc... Now everyone is riding the wave, praising Bud, as if he just now became a great fighter, when he was always great.That's how dumb a lot of u mofos are, u just go wherever the wind blows, but u don't really know sh...t about boxing. Y'all doing the same sh...t to Boots now. They did it to Muhammad Ali back in the days, said he was hype, then they all rode his nuts later. Generally speaking, mofos is dumb when it comes to boxing. I been saying Bud was great and been saying Boots is great, and they should face eachother from a fans perspective. I just hope someone with deep pockets can finance this fight and make both guys happy, because they both deserve a crazy number for giving the world this amazing fight

If bud loses all his fights hereonin against Tim tszue, charlo, nelo. A boots win is a good consolation prize. At least it's a win in bag. Bud is not guaranteed anymore wins at 154 and above.

You could say that Brooks and Mean Machine are his best wins, altough Brooks wasn't there anymore. You end up with Mean Machine as his best win, is this HOF worthy to you? Crawford needs Boots on his resume, anything other is ducking.

Ennis should look at david benevidez to see how to build up demand for a fight. David was a former champ but he didnt just expect canelo to fight him he kept fighting names and now the public can see that canelo is ducking him because they can see canelo is taking easy fights these days while leaving david as the only threat he hasnt beaten at 168.


Ennis was emailed Crawfords IBF belt and has been inactive since last summer, he hasnt fought in 7 months already. Why exactly should the public even care about this fight? Ennis is 26 and doesnt have any good wins. Guys used to become champ at like 22, 23 years old.

I remember arguing with hella fools on here about how Crawford would beat Spence. There was only like one or two others that shared the same opinion. All the rest could talk about resumes and "who has Crawford fought to deserve the fight". History repeats itself it seems. Now Crawford is spence and Ennis is Crawford.

I Don't need no fcking resume to see who's quick and strong with it. To see who can fight.

That is nonsense, crawford was a 3 division champion, undisputed at 140 and there was NOBODY on the board saying he "didnt deserve to fight spence", now many picked spence to win but dont make up nonsense to make yourself look like an oracle.

This is the common trend when there is a transfer of power. They guy that was wanting and begging for fights for so long then assumes the position as his predecessor and makes a statement like this about the next up and coming. I'm already wanting TC reign to be over. Lol

Crawford if he is to fight on, needs to now? Be in fights, where 'The challenge is one, where he is not really expected to win by the status quo'.

Crawford needs that type of challenge, to add to his resume 'A fight with Alvarez, maybe Charlo's might give him that opportunity'.

Note: Both Mayweather Junior and Pacquiao, where involved in those type of fights 'Plus they also had better overall resume's than Crawford, in terms of the calibre of fighters they had fought and beaten' etc.

Of course, fans here will watch it if it is made. Problem is Ennis' team is not doing anything about it. They got ex Showtime Espinoza on their team and nobody knows what their plans are. Offer should be presented to Crawford, then see if it's attractive enough to take it. Right now nothing is offered on the table. People need to remember Bud Crawford takes fights when he gets bored.
