Otherwise he would’ve done exactly what he did in other divisions which is get some titles but never try to collect all of them.

Again, had Benavidez had the discipline to hold onto his title Canelo would have taken from him three years ago. He had much bigger legacy and money fights in front of him compared to a no-name, no-resume guy who was sitting on his ass doing nothing before 2023, so any claims that Canelo ducked Benavidez for 3+ years come only from biased fans who actually don't know boxing. If Canelo doesn't fight David in May, go ahead and start with the ducking claims.
How was Smith the more proven fighter 3 years ago? By beating a shot Groves? Thats still his best win lol.

We can only start calling it a duck in May? What about last Sept when he fought a 154 pounder?

          Boxing can be sad sometimes.
No, it's gingers fault. When he was a Champ canelo stated he wasn't going to fight another mexican, when he got stripped he decided to fight all the brits and unify the division. Beside, why not fight him now?

            He would fight munguia.

No, it's not about money. He's getting pay regardless. It is fear.

What did he proved? That he is a do.estic level fighter. Who did beat that we have to stamp the zeal of approval?

We don't have to wait until May. Canelo is not fighting Benavidez in May and Benavidez has been his Mandatory for three years so yes he has ducked Benavidez for three plus years.

Go revisit the last three years of the SMW division. Your silly narrative that Canelo has been running from a nobody is laughable.
