Don't believe Eddie's "he was cleared to box" narrative.
His suspension was lifted on a jurisdiction issue not an evidence issue.
His Lawyers have never said that about Jurisdiction at least not publicly. How could you possibly know what evidence was presented when NADP hearings are totally confidential?

He had a hearing, he presented his evidence, whatever that may be, and he won it and was cleared to fight. That is literally what happened. We have no idea what the evidence was and never will, no one ever does in these NADP hearings as they are confidential.

What do you mean don’t believe he was cleared to box narrative? It’s not a narrative, HE WAS CLEARED TO BOX. He won the hearing and his suspension was lifted. This is black and white stuff here.

Of course his lawyers aren't gonna say it publicly. Benn and Hearn have waxed lyrical about this 270 page document which proves his innocence.
But when it came to the hearing, they went down the jurisdiction route. Robert Smith has confirmed it in the article below.

In today's boxing news, Conor Benn will not be allowed to fight Chris Eubank Jr. in the UK until he has gone through the relevant steps needed to clear his

My "cleared to box" narrative is pretty easy to understand. Eddie is making it sound like he presented his evidence, and the NADP reviewed it, talked to experts, etc and cleared him based in the evidence.
But that didn't happen. And Eddie, nor Benn or his lawyers have ever said otherwise. If that happened, they'd be shouting it from the rooftops.
Black and white u say? Eddie and Benn are using 50 shades of grey!!

So why did you say that’s what his Lawyers did when you have no clue of that’s the case and there is nothing to suggest that is the case?

No where in that article does Robert Smith mention jurisdiction. He goes one further and says he can’t say anything about the hearing due to confidentiality, which all NADP hearings are. So nobody knows what evidence was provided, just that a case was presented and that he won it.

You have no idea what route they went down. There is not one single source that says he was cleared due to jurisdiction. This is nothing but guess work.

It is literally black and white. He was asked to have a hearing, he had the hearing, he presented his case, and he won the case. Thus, his suspension was lifted and he’s clear to box. The BBBoC have appealed the decision meaning they haven’t licensed him in the UK until the appeal is over, but, he’s not suspended and still clear to box which is why he can box overseas with no issue. Because he’s not suspended.

It’s very cut and dry stuff.

Watch how Boots’ haters justify how Benn is more deserving a shot at Crawford than Boots.
          They’ve done it with Teofimo

Pointless name drop from benn, linked himself to ennis not too long ago then signed to fight a low ranked guy . He will have no intention of getting in there with Crawford

He will probably go for brook or eubank realistically

Every time he has a fight lined up he starts this name dropping. Thurman, Brook, Khan, Eubank Jr, Smith, Kelly, Boots, Ortiz, Crawford, the list goes on & on and as soon as he is free he'll do his usual disappearing act to resurface with more names and announce his next fight a week or two later with a name nobody outside of their immediate family has ever heard of.

              Absolute plonker.
