Benn does not have the resume to deserve a world title shot. I mean, who has he beaten?

All he does is use big names but continues to fight journeymen that are not even top 20

Benn is only 'fighting' on a dodgy technicality , his BBBOC licence for which is the only licence that matters to his career is still suspended . He refuses to give them information on their strict liability clause in which you have to offer reasons as to why and how an illegal substance was found inside you , and it looks bad for him that it was on two separate occasions.

Nope, not true. There’s no technicality. If anything, he’s only not licensed on a technicality

He is not suspended, his temporary suspension was lifted when he won his hearing. They have refused his license due to the fact they have appealed the decision but he still isn’t suspended.

Refuses to give them information how? He had a hearing, he presented his evidence in the hearing, he won the hearing, and his suspension was lifted.

I’m no fan of Conor Benn but there is literally no more the guy can do at this point,

That makes sense for Crawford actually.

It is a bigger money fight than Charlo or Boots in States.

I guess Crawford -Benn is huge in Uk.

I think for his transgressions in the sport of boxing, sentencing Benn to a 12 round shallacking courtesy of bud Crawford may just be the thing we need to rid boxing of dirty lying cheats.

I also have a huge issue with the way boxing publications write things like “tested positive for the performance enhancing substance named clomifine”.

When in reality clomifine isn’t enhancing his abilities. It’s triggering his body to restarting testosterone again, as he had oversaturated his body with anabolic testosterone!!!

boxing writers should be their to educate fans reading articles. Instead they’re too concerned with becoming buddies with fighters and having favourites. Better yet they’re terrified of being sued. Just stick allegedly in their and people would read between the lines.

boxing media does more to cover up cheats than it does demand a cleaner sport.

It's the classic British formula: namedrop some well known American for months only to end up fighting an Albanian cab driver.
This is the Matchroom quota. Joshua used Wilders name constantly. And now Benn is doing the same. Just Benn doesn’t have anywhere near the talent or boxing acumen Joshua has.

That's not true. He did not present any evidence.
Instead his lawyers said that Ukad had no jurisdiction to rule over a VADA test.
Don't believe Eddie's "he was cleared to box" narrative.
His suspension was lifted on a jurisdiction issue not an evidence issue.

When I first read the headline, my initial reaction was that Conor doesn't deserve a fight with Crawford. However, there was another part of of me that wanted to see it just to enjoy the comprehensive beatdown he'd receive.

I feel the same about Conor, Rolly and others. I'm probably not the only one and that's how these guys end up getting fights they don't deserve.
