and floyd had the power??? look, ALL fighters have power... some might have KO power while others dont really BUT if they land a clean punch, it's gonna do damage! this is why fighters are not just running in there!! look at guys like Paulie M... known to be feather fisted but nobody is gonna just run in face first. I believe TC have the boxing and counter punching skills to keep canelo off of him. All TC have to do is box and dont get into a slug fest with canelo.

I would give Bud Crawford a chance if he can keep the action in the center of the ring and stay off those damn ropes. Terence would whoop his ass then because he is the much quicker fighter of the two and also has the faster hands.

I would pick Canelo, but I wouldn't bet money on him! Crawford is VERY strong, but 168 is a lot of weight!

There wouldn't be a weight advantage, it would be a 168 fight for both guys. Canelo might come in 180+, but Bud would come in 170+.

Canelo would literally have a puncher's chance. Bud would outbox him easily. And Bud hits really hard. I've read interviews where he's sparred guys above his weight class and they say he hits like a bigger fighter.

I really hope by some miracle it happens. But it won't. Canelo gets a bigger cut fighting guys with no chance. And he learned a lesson with Bivol. Canelo likes weight games and he got caught cherrypicking "greatness" and Bivol beat him up.

Bud kicks his ass too. Not with a jab and movement like Bivol, but with skill and ring IQ, and yes, power.

I agree it is a big step up in weight but the guy does walk around about 180 so ……
He can come in anywhere between 160/168 and I would bet Bud takes Canelo’s best shot and beats him cleanly

Wow, I didn't know that! I thought he was 165-170, but not 180. If that's true, then I would favor Crawford! He's the more athletically gifted fighter, and he has superior Ring IQ!

Floyds foot speed would not let TC get off, the top cant do what the bottom doesn't catch up to, that was Floyds greatest asset his footspeed, positioning and cat like reflexes.

The difference with TC is he likes to fight and I cant see him moving around Canelo there will be times he will engage and that would be a very bad move, although TCs footspeed is better than Canelos, Id like to see TC have a crack at Canelo its a shot at greatness because if Spence is the biggest name on his resume its overall a weak resume when looking at ATG guys.

No, Crawford wouldn`t have speed advantage at 168. he would be much slower than ever. Again, this is 168, not 135-147.

I am not even so sure Crawford beats Tim at 154. Grown men divisions somehow begin at 154 and Crawford has zero experience over 147. And he is also over the hill a little..

                      That’s what I read , he’s around that weight
And yes definitely much better ring iq and definitely more gifted athletically
People think Canelo gonna push him around and that won’t be the case here
We all saw what 154 pounder couldn’t do
