Joshua would beat all three , same night, simply far too big and powerful. Ward v Calzaghe would be a pick um for sure. Carl for all of his warrior type attitude and heart trails this pack.

Talk about a bad time to hit the wrong letter in a word especially putting the black man's name right after the word. Lots of coincidences in that line.

Also am I the only one who noticed this

Froch believes the much ****** Joshua would wiped Ward out - although he does believe Ward would have beaten Calzaghe had they met in the ring.

          WTF
I disagree just look at the first couple of rounds vs hopkins

Hopkins was old at the time and didn't have the timing or reflexes ward had but was similar to ward

Hopkins went on to do great things still but he wasnt as good as ward at that time due to sheer age but ward and hopkins shared a similar style and iq with ward having the youth to break fighters down

Ward would have schooled calzaghe imo

Ward is smocking the good crack if he thinks he could beat Joshua and tbh if I was Joshua I'd be calling him out for the cheek of suggesting it.

Ward ran off for the hills when things started heating up at 175, and now he's suggesting he could have beaten Joshua who is 250.

I have respect for Wards achievements and skill level, but he wouldn't have had anything for AJ whatsoever.

Unfortunately Calzaghe came over here late , North America
Not sure if you’d see earlier fight and the guy was a total freak show
Many didn’t wanna go to uk to fight him, that time it wasn’t the norm but I can guarantee you many were avoiding that dreadful flight
He was a dynamo of a fighter
I would lay my coin on him

Calzaghe 'struggled' against Jones? What planet is Froch living on?

I would have calzaghe beating many many fighters but the hopkins fight to me showed a lot ,he may have won that fight by the skin of his teeth but hopkins post fight rant about making calzaghe look amateurish I beleived was true

If hopkins had more in the tank and had the reflexes to take all the openings we know he seen he could have dominated calzaghe i think

Anyways ward is great at exchanges and picking the right punches I just feel calzaghe would have given ward way too many openings and taken too many big counters with a sustained body barrage in-between...not to mention the dirty tactics and wrestling

Gotta remember one thing , that was Joe’s first fight in America
Read all kinds of reports and chit that the guy was nervous as hell and unfortunately had the mindset that he needed to impress
The knockdown was a flash knockdown and after he dominated the fight
Go back and view it I’d actually be curious to see if you’d change your mind
I loved the guy and only found about him through some relatives at young stage of his career
He was avoided like I said by many American fighters and in those days it was nah , he’s gotta come over the pond the famous excuse
