I can't believe this is another 10+ page thread on this again!
The simple fact is Floyd will fight anyone that is financially feasible to him. It's really that simple.

Saying things like "Floyd is ducking SSM, Floyd's a chicken, He is a Turkey" or any other bird, will not do anything to change Floyd's financial goals. It will always be driven by the prize. I'm not a fan of Floyd, but I respect his ability.

Just think of this, Floyd could possibly fight anyone of these three: Pac, Cotto, Mosely. Three potentially big pay days for him. It's definitely not about legacy, nor credibility, he lost that when he fought JMM. BUT he will fight any one of them...if the price is right! Whether you are a fan or not, Floyd will get paid.

basically it comes down to this. the mayweather haters prefer for a fighter to get respect and legacy to fight shane Oldsley who had a couple of chances to fight floyd and he blew it. than fight cotto or pac for 20million. i like 20million. **** the legacy and respect ****.

Floyd is still mad that Shane didn't fight when Floyd wanted to fight. So make Shane pay in the negotiations, but at least still fight him.

The whole "I don't want to see him make money" angle is played out. Floyd doesn't want to help Shane make money, but what about the money Floyd could make from this fight (in addition to fights with Pac and Cotto)?

I thought Floyd loved money. He's turning down money to fight Mosely, who Floyd Stans say would be easy to beat anyways.

Floyd made more money to fight Demarcus Corley 6 years ago than Shane made to fight Antonio Margarito in 2009.

Floyd made more money fighting Baldomir than Shane made fighting OSCAR DELAHOYA.

its all different now yes ever from 10 months ago
over 1 million people saw Mosley call out Floyd to his face and saw the crazy expressions on Floyds face and the statements he made
this is a huge event

they're both 2 of my favorite fighters but I dont know who to believe... Floyd said he wanted to fight Shane and just recently in the week Shane said he asked Floyd if he was ever going to move up to lightweight to fight him and Floyd turned him down...
