Of course they are and stylistically there's not that much correlation, but just how poor fury was in that fight is cause for concern, plus Fury has had serious issues with fighters with loosely similar attributes to Usyk before.

Let's be real here fury was having issues with the timing of Ngannou, that is a worry.

Usyk is a seriously dangerous fight for this version of Fury, Fury is going to have to go through hell in camp to try and haul himself into something like peak conditioning, I'm not sure if he can do that.

A year ago i'd have said Fury all day long. Now that Parker has put a smudge on his biggest career wins and he's been shown up a bit by a novice boxer I can't call it. Usyk has some serious spirit and a hell of a tank I can see Fury trying to swat a fly for 12 rounds and getting nowhere. On the flip side perhaps he hasn't been dialled in on all the tasks at hand recently and he'll come in for the Usyk fight a completely different guy. It's ironic that the fight no one wanted to happen has caused such a huge shake-up in opinions on the HW division.

You're not considering the fact that Fury gave Wilder the three hardest fights and his only two KO losses of his career. The Wilder who fought Fury is not the Wilder who fought Parker.
