He's certainly no threat to Dalton Smith or Adam Azim. However if he's looking at a title shot then Mikey Sakyi is the current English champion while some feller called Yaser Al Ghena hold the Southern Area title, so he still has some hope of championship honours!!....

He's not washed up, he's just a domestic level fighter that can't make the step up successfully.

I think he’d be a decent test for Dalton or Azim tbh. Be a good fight to help them grow their names a bit too.

After getting knocked out in the first round , there's really no reason for a Ramirez or even Prograis to fight him. You've got to offer something and beating him offers nothing. He's way back at the back of the line now. He should go back to England and try to build some buzz.

"I just got knocked out in the first round by a 40 year old, but I'd like another title shot or big money fight anyways". OK, O'hara...

I'd like to see Dalton & Adam fight each other this spring. I somehow think it's going to be marinating for a while though!

First problem is coming to realization that you are not a top tier fighter
Nothing wrong with that but you need to tell yourself that or convince yourself cause we ain’t buying oxygen induced excuses
