Facts, Bill Haney is delusional! He's overvaluing the belts! People don't come to see belts, they come to see fights! Richardson Hitchins will not sell, Gary Antuanne Russell will not sell (although I would pay for it) etc. Ryan would've been a BIG event!!! Ryan fighting Rolly is a win-win for Floyd, because if Ryan gets that belt @ 140, I bet Tank gives Ryan a rematch @ 140!

Devin has frequently talked about scheduling fights before or after Ramadan, going back to Lomachenko and even earlier.

I'm aware he (Haney) claimed to be ****** before the Saudis but he's had multiple fights and camps during Ramadan, it only became an issue during the Loma fight concindently, funny that happens in the first real fight of his career.

I don't know why you're mentioning Bivol it was a keep busy fight in anticipation for the undisputed, they aren't going to pay him more than he got to fight the biggest star in boxing...

Sad to see Bill trying to live vicariously through his son. Obviously Bill always wanted to be where his son is at now but never had the skill set. Now he's acting like he pulls weight when he's riding coat tails. I like the idea of a father/son team in boxing but the Haney's, Lopez's, and Garcia's ruin it. It puts their kids in a bad spot when dad is fckn up thier money because he can't keep his mouth shut or wants to play tough guy on his son's behalf.

My order of preference would've been:
1) Haney vs Teo
2) Haney/Teo vs Matias
3) Haney/Teo/Matias vs Rolly (just for the sake of consolidation of belts which might help lead to 1 or 2)
4) Haney vs Garcia
5) Rolly vs Garcia

First two would be money regardless of undercard. 3 and 4 would depend on the other cards. 5 would be highlights on youtube at most.

I would have to assume Devin Haney won't be taking stay-busy fights and would just wait around like everyone does these days. Teo vs Ortiz is still more than a month from now. Then Lopez would have to take a long vacation after the fight. It's a long wait for the Haney's. Which is typical in this sport. Everyone is afraid to get derailed.
