Yes cataracts can form from injuries and previous eye surgery, both of which he's gone through because i'm pretty sure he had a torn retina in that very same eye.

I'm not entertaining the idea completely but he did look weird in the eyes during the ringwalk sort of sleepy looking and red eyed maybe they put some drops in his eyes as a temp fix for the fight. Regardless Crawford beat him in every department.

That is so true but fanboys only ever see the opponents as the best versions, its like a mental requirement of being a fan that logic can not get over.

And I have nothing bad to say about TC at all. He is a great fighter; I picked him to win and didn't care which way it went, but you are right. Whatever the cause, that was not the best version Of Spence; something was up, and the only chance they have of selling a rematch is to push that scenario.

Easy. Someone told him to lock the rematch in. Then when Crawford got stripped it was like, might as well get the eyes fixed
