'You can't complain about the board not letting you fight when you're refusing to go before them to fight your case'

Yeah but Conor only takes fights at unequal odds & since the BBBoC are neither killing themselves to make weight nor semi-retired he isn't interested.

      I can see this happening,

April it will be 2 years since he has fought in the UK.

So fighting another journeyman in the US for now.

Once it's past April they will then accept a backdated 2 year ban from the bbbofc

And then fight again in the UK later this year in a bout approved by the bbbofc.

He’s already had the hearing and won so there won’t be a ban. He’s been cleared already.

The only way he’ll get a ban is if the BBBoC win the appeal, which is unlikely.

          I can’t understand this narrative.

He’s literally had his case with them and won.

What more would you like him to do?

Crazy how Benn could’ve admitted it and took his suspension, instead he lied and lost all respect, been sat out anyways and is now widely hated.

              You're confused.

He hasn't had a case with the the BBBoC. Only UKAD.

UK anti doping don't license him, the BBBoC do and he still hasn't had a hearing with them.

Let's not forget VADA caught him, so the BBCoC still need a hearing with Benn and be satisfied with his story but he hasn't.

His hearing with UKAD means nothing, just smoke and mirrors by him and Hearn. He still isn't licensed because all that matters is a hearing with BBBoC, which he is still avoiding.

Yes, he has. With both of them (at the same time) with the independent ruler being the NADP (how drug hearings work in the UK) to which it was ruled his suspension was lifted and he’s clear to fight.

That’s why the BBBoC are able to appeal it, because it was their hearing.

He’s literally had his hearing and won it. This narrative that he hasn’t had a hearing is baffling. He’s literally had it and won. There is no more he can do.

Once the appeal process is over, which is meant to be this month, he’ll be licensed in the UK.

                    No, I’m really not

When a fighter fails a drug test in this country, it is overlooked by UKAD, who the BBBoC follow for all drug testing procedures.

UKAD gave him a temporary suspension before the hearing (to give him either his ban length or clearance)

These hearings are carried out by an Independent party called the NADP. So it’s essentially said fighter Vs UKAD, BBBoC.

Conor Benn had said hearing, and was cleared to fight and his suspension was lifted. To which has now been appealed by the BBBoC.

So no mate, not confused. I think it’s you that might be.

Look up any hearing for a drug testing failure in this country, that’s how the work.

Just last week Glowacki got a 4 year ban for his fight with Riakphore. Go and have a look at that hearing, it’s exactly the same hearing Conor Benn had.

Or Zolani Tete from last year who also got a 4 year ban, go and look up that hearing, it’s the exact same hearing Conor Benn had.

He has literally had his hearing. There is nothing else he can possibly do at this point.

                      Just read this edit.

Yeah you're not confused but you are definitely misinformed.

His hearing with UKAD (Via NADP) not only doesn't mean "nothing" but it's actually the opposite, it means everything. It is THE hearing that you think that he's supposed to have.

These drug test failure hearings don't happen with the BBBoC alone like you seem to think they do. The BBBoC follow UKAD on all drug testing matters, the hearings to give out bans etc are overgone by NADP, the evidence is given and from there the decision is made on the ban length or if they're cleared etc In which their decision was Benn was cleared, his suspension lifted.

And he's only not licensed because the BBBoC have appealed the decision of the hearing. Once that appeal is over with then he will be licensed.
