Everyone is waiting around. Wonder what these people do without the Face of Boxing. They can't seem to do it on their own without the Mexican superstar.

I would like to see Morrell get a big name in the top 5 and if he wins, he secures the opportunity more profoundly that way. Or he vs Benavidez and guaranteed the winner gets Canelo.

There are at least 4 undefeated guys in the top 10 along with him. How about letting him fight two of them instead of talking about fights that aren't going to happen? People would like to see if his pedigree is real. The guy should be fighting 3 times on Prime this year.

Morrell should go on a " Bum of the Month Tour" ( It's a saying , I don't consider any fighter a bum ). If he hasn't suffered any damage or injury , fight again ASAP. Get in there with whoever is willing. Build his name and visibility up to the point that the risk / reward ratio makes him an attractive fight for top guys. Bellyaching about no one wanting to fight you isn't going to make anything happen. Plus he's speaking English now , put him on some podcasts , or make his own. There are a lot of ways to grow a fighters name, especially in this digital era.

All these guys want to skip the line.

If Benavidez won't fight him, how in the world can he think he will get chips from Canelo?

The problem with that though is getting those guys in the ring. No one wants to take any risk that might jeopardize their dream of a Canelo fight. It's sad but the logjam at 160,168, and to some degree at 175 is because everyone thinks that they're going to fight Canelo. It's a whole lot of wishful thinking but it's enough to paralyze these weight classes. It will be great if Canelo retires , or at least puts out a list of who he plans on fighting so that the rest of these guys would get on with making their own careers instead of sitting around wishing that Canelo would pick them and doing nothing in the meantime. To be honest , with the physical advantages that Benavidez and Morrell have over Canelo , I don't think that he would be a tough fight for either of them , and with that, in addition to Canelos age and mileage , it's a big ask of him to fight either one.

Did you know he fought two undefeated fighters on the WBA rankings, already?

Everyone wants Canelo! Maybe Canelo can fight all of them in one year! Benavidez, Big Charlo, Morrell. People think they know the boxing business from the outside. It takes a lot of $$ to get this done. Nelo doesn’t come cheap either! When Tank fights Cruz, Haney, Teo also, is when Canelo will fight those 3.

Well, if Benavidez and Canelo won't fight him at 168, who do you suggest he fights?

If we’re getting technical, it’s three not two
