Been saying for years he is the sleeper pick of the division.

I think fans have had it wrong for years, there has been a real obsession for size and power. For too long all that has been spoken about is AJ, Wilder, Makhmudov, Fury, Dubois, Joyce even Miller and Ajagba the rest of these big, horribly flawed galoots.
For too long guys like Usyk, Kabayel, Sanchez have been overlooked and dismissed.

I'm glad the Saudis are putting these events on and hopefully they continue to and we can find out once in for all whats up.

I'd like to see Sanchez step up in competition its been poor since Ajagba.
Stick him in with another avoided fighter like Bakole

Sanchez is clearly the most skilled fighter at Heavyweight, speed, power, agility and coordination

He definitely passes the eye test, kind of reminds me of Bruce Seldon, Seldon imho was more talented but sometimes mentally wasn’t there

I wouldn’t bet against him, I could definitely see him beating everyone if given the chance

Also, the CompuBox stats show that Ortiz outlanded Ruiz 6 rounds to 5 with 1 round evenly split so he didn't easily outbox him either. As for Sanchez, he isn't a big name and doesn't hold a world title so brings nothing to the table for the likes of Ruiz, Wilder, Joshua, Fury or Usyk who are all established champions with a big fan base.

For the record, I DIDN'T say anything about his most recent fight as I simply DON'T rate him as a fighter.
Then we agreed to disagree. You can see andy pushing him down, yes he was dazed and if ruiz connected again who knows what could had happened. But he didn't and opted to push him down, and that's not a knockdown. Did I said easily? I don't think it was an easy fight for neither of them. You the one saying it was an easy win. Did you watch the last round?

Sanchez could pick up a belt as easily as Charles Martin did after Fury or Usyk retire undefeated and scatter them again.

All "top heavyweights" are very average, honestly, Sanchez can probably beat them all.
You’re funny. You start out with “to be honest” and then spew some of the dumbest shyte that no one with a brain would agree with. This thread is no exception………..

Speak for your self. I am sure you expected Wilder to KO Parker in 1 round.

Let's agree to disagree...Ruiz clearly wobbled him with another right hand after dropping him shortly before and Ortiz was desperately trying to grab hold before Ruiz moved out the way. Therefore, it was correctly ruled a knockdown. Anyhow, I do agree that the fight was probably closer than I initially thought but Ruiz dropped him 3 times (HARD twice) so deserved a UD victory.

Sanchez will be a problem for everybody. Just like Usyk is.

If Usyk and Fury both retire next year, vacating all the belts, Sanchez comes for the belts no problem. he is better than Hrgovic, Zhang and others.

he moved back and push him down. That is not a knock down, if he hits him and move back and Ortiz fell on his face or takes a knee without the push, it is a knock down. The fact is the ref called it a knock down, and he was criticized for it by a lot of people and writers, and that push gave him the win.

I see him getting schooled and quiting against Usyk and getting ktfo by the other two in straight forward fashion

I don't know how many times we have to do this with these Cuban heavyweights but it ALWAYS ends the same way and tbh Sanchez is even less impressive than Luis Ortiz was.
