I stand corrected. He was 37. That’s close enough to forty. And the fact that he had taken the beatdowns in previous fights and the knockout against Nicholas Walters that he had taken is enough to tack on at least three years to his physical age. Nonito Donaire is a legend and probably a future hall of famer. So this isn’t about trashing Donaire. But come on man, Inoue is out of the running for pound for pound on the virtue of how hard of a fight that was for him at that late stage in Donaire’s career and at that early stage in Inoue’s career. It was his 19th fight.Comment

if u dont like my posts how about skip over them?
if u cant see that boots has been hyped up years before he even was contender level by just about everyone including articles here on this site & compared to floyd roy etc, then u have a problem, u are trying to argue the exact opposite of reality, ive never seen anyone talked up as much as boots has been & yet u take issue with it for some reason, do u read breadman here, he calls him an uber phenom among other things, weirdo
Damn You're sooo emotional
I never doubted that Boots been Hype as the next best thing...
I'm just saying in my Opinion
You took it way too far back with that
" Years and Years Post"

i get it u are some kind of nit picker
u have the meaning in your head of 'years and years' which is not the meaning i have, there is no concrete number attached to years and years phrase
if someone is labelled generational from 2018 and maybe before actually by people until now thats a long time ago imo
now as for being emotional u are incorrect about that too, im trying to respond to your nit picking post so maybe dont quote me if u dont like to see the responses might be a good idea
so if someone has this label about him like boots it might be a good fight for bud is what im saying, thats all & boots is at a great age for a big fight now i would say & experienced too with a lot of fights as wellComment

Bud needs to win a 4th weight division title to be in the discussion with inoue. For a man who people think can win titles up to 168, bud is holding back too much.I stand corrected. He was 37. Play your strongest card now bud.Comment

The belts are irrelevant. Inoue is a 2 division lineal champion, Crawford is a 3 division lineal champion. Inoue needs to win the lineal title at 126 to match Crawford. Winning belts in 4 divisions is not nearly as impressive as being lineal king in 3. There are nearly two dozen 4 division titlists including the likes of Adrien Broner. The only 3 division lineal champions in the history of boxing are:
Manny Pacquiao (5 divisions)
Floyd Mayweather (4 divisions)
Bob Fitzsimmons
Tony Canzoneri
Barney Ross
Henry Armstrong
Sugar Ray Leonard
Oscar De La Hoya
