I don't see him being wrong about anything.

Wilder took a lot of damage against Fury and is now a gun-shy fighter. He will never be the Wilder pf old again.

Does Wilder listen to what his trainers say and follow instructions though?

Wilder is now 1-3 with Malik Scott. Dude made a huge mistake changing up trainers at the end of the career.

Does he have the desire to fight again? Joshua would beat him, and others like Sanchez and Zhang too.

Wilder and Ruiz, that's a decent fight, but the interest has waned greatly.

First time in my life have a seen a puncher back up in a fight. Foreman, Shavers and many other didn't back up or run. Stand your ground and let your power do the talking. He let Parker dictate the fight and pace of the fight. As we all know American fighters don't ride off into the sunset. They hand around way too long.

Well Dirrell is right. The key to defeating any puncher/slugger is to back them up by forcing them to fight off the back foot.

Wilder made the same mistake in the Fury trilogy by fighting off the back foot. He neutralizes his own punching power by fighting that way because he is not a counter puncher.

Wilder could use a new trainer to help build back up his confidence and power.

It's definitely rare, but we must remember - Wilder is also a rare animal in that he is the puncher despite giving up 30lbs in weight. Other than Holyfield, I can't think of a heavyweight champion who has fought more title fights at a greater average weight disparity than Wilder. A heavyweight of his weight was considered small 20-30 years ago, and that was before the Furys and Joushuas, and Zhangs, and Joyces came around weight 250-300lbs. But b/c Wilder hits so hard and is so tall, his weight is overlooked. I don't think his little chicken legs and tiny waist can handle the power from these big guys. I have to give him credit for having a very good chin, pound for pound, b/c he's stayed up after monster shots vs. Parker, Fury, and King Kong.

Was THAT what he was doing? Idk about that. He wasn't doing much of anything at all was the biggest issue. It'd have been a good thing he was flicking a jab & trying to do some Sweet Pea imitation as best he could with his dimensions vs what he did. Problem is dude was just moving around the ring not doing a damn thing all night.

Shoulda switched his nickname to Dr Sleepwalking. That looked more like what he did than he was in KO mode or boxer mode.
