Dude's been cautious with it for 6yrs.

I believe very lil of what ppl say in situations like that. He's likely just doing damage control cuz he knows its not a good look he's not stopping folks anymore.

I prefer to rely on my eyes. I saw him swinging hard for 12 rounds with both hands. You didn't?

I’ve never found Bivol boring. It’s his opponents who are boring by proxy of him rarely making a mistake/getting hit clean. I do wish he had just a bit more heft behind some of his punches and would utilize an uppercut once in a while, but he honestly has every other facet of the sport covered and then some. He’s a pleasure to watch, personally speaking.

He's not a big puncher. After the Canelo fight he said...some people just have big power without having to use all their power...because they are very strong (I believe he was referring to Beterbiev at the time...but never named anyone though). He said Canelo does not have that type of power, but he puts everything into his shots to generate big power, which is why he gets tired (his words). He said that he himself does not have big power, but he can put power into his shots, but he doesn't because he uses movement and energy more (I'm paraphrasing here). Basically...he has a different style, and it works for him. I get it that people like KO's...everybody loves what Beterbiev does. But Bivol is technical...personally, I find it hard to favour one over the other when they are both top level like Bivol and Beterbiev.

You can’t get your face out of David Benevides scrotum long enough to see anything. Tell me that story again about how Benevides is fast.

Obviously. But plenty of "not big punchers" stop guys as I've already shown. Bivol is on a whole other level of not being a big puncher & he doesn't even appear to be going for KO's even when he's massively outmatched his opp like the avg guy without power would do when they would be able to.

And look I ain't mad at it. I'm just bored with it, like a lot of boxing fans.

To each his own. I still find him amazing to watch, and I had little expectations from this fight because this was a really low level 25 to 1 underdog in Arthur...just a tune-up fight.

Bivol was 100% trying HARD to get a stoppage he just couldn't.
