PBC fighters just don't win when they have fight top fighters. that is why the pbc does in house all the time. this makes the pbc record against non pbc fighters 25-3 i believe these guys are screwed once they start leaving pbc this coming yr and the upcoming years. might as well retire them all

I think Wilder got exposed. I said we would find out about him tonight. The guy has consistently avoided live top-10 fighters and we saw why tonight.

BUT he is still way capable of beating anyone on the night and he has been out of the ring for a long time too. So I wouldn't got for the usual "all or nothing" reactions that morons on this forum go for. Joshua was finished when he lost to Ruiz according to 60% of the people here.... What was Wilder weighing tonight? Anything above 215 I felt took away from his speed but he is 38 & was inactive. I wonder what the Wilder/Ruiz fight would have looked like?

It's the boxing game and the fans who love the deception won't care that it's not a sport where the best are actually supposed to fight the best. Great fighters are frozen out or aged out, and the people who refuse to wake up and fall for the propaganda, will continue to support the current state of boxing.

Deontay Wilder was aged out and avoided when he was at his best. I'm glad he's set for life and got out healthy.

There's levels. Joshua beat this limited guy long ago. And he's just shown how limited Wilder has always been. And Fury's greatness is also built of this? It's never been more obvious why Wilder and Fury have never wanted to fight Joshua. There's levels. And they ain't up to it.

Yes but he got 14 rounds in & 3 full training camps before this fight was signed. That obviously helped. He was fully prepared & stayed in the gym most of 2023. He is also in the Fury camp.

Cong**** to Parker! His losses to Whyte & Joyce were still good scraps & he may have got a better result in the Whyte fight if not for the headbutt called a knockdown & some questionable refereeing. He has now fought 3 of the HW champions of this era. I’d be looking for a Joyce rematch next. Try to right that wrong. Parker back near the top in all governing bodies. Wilder will probably retire but if he doesn’t there are still good fights but he needs to stay active. Parker’s 4th fight of the year. He was obviously better prepared than Wilder. Hopefully Wilder isn’t full of excuses. The Joshua fight is not happening unless Wallin does the same. Most of us here had Joshua & Wilder the favourites but many of us said these fights were not gimmes. I thought Wilder would catch him at some point but he didn’t. Good call juggernaut666

In the third Fury fight Wilder was actually landing jabs downstairs to the body, he was doing right hand cross shots upstairs, etc. He had a variety of offense until he got clipped and went back to basics.

He tried NONE of that here. And the jab to the body would have been a good setup for a shot overhead, just like he had to do to lure Fury into something.

Agreed. The ONLY fight he's shown any type of variety to his game and that's probably bc of how he got handled in the first two. He went back to the basics, but the basics have always been non-existent for him as well. He loses every round until the right hand lands. If it doesn't, this is the result. When his height and reach are negated, he can't do anything at all. That's the only reason he's gotten this far, bc his skills(or lack thereof) for sure ain't the reason. Very dissapointing. Even wilder that he thought he won the fight. No pun intended.
