Comical. Wilder was never at his best, he only had a right hand. Wilder just always got lucky landing the right hand, luck eventually runs out. If you really want to dissect wilders career, just look at the Artur Spilka fight.. wilder was losing every round until he got lucky in the 9th. Wilder has always been a wanna be thug, just because he did shrooms and acid in a Indian tent and ‘found clarity in life’ doesn’t deflect of how he’s always been.

Nah, Wilder KO'd Ortiz with that forehead shot and Haye said his power is insane after sparring with him. His punch power is proven. But obviously he has to landComment

So what. These are professional athletes, until they retire they should always be in the gym hitting people. It's their job after all.Comment

Well done Parker, a career defining win.
Wilder was totally outboxed. I couldn't believe he thought he won. Anyway, his desire for the sport seems gone.
He's made many millions, mainly from the fights with Fury, so he's comfortable financially. If that's it for Wilder, he had a successful career and brought excitement to boxing.Comment

I love it when upsets like these happen, because it also shows that fighters are often holding their place in rankings based on their names rather than on their current level. Wilder may not even be top 10 right now.
Also Wilder, and his fans, is now feeling what it's like to be fighting past your prime. He beat Ortiz when he was 39 and 40. Wilder is 38.Comment

This wasn't about weight. This was about gameplan. Which Wilder's was ****** (look for just a big shot like he did against Szpilka).Comment
