I agree…
Parker is a fast, focused, well-conditioned Heavyweight and he’s elite defensively at the weight (Joyce had to push the pace and exhaust him before stopping him). He also came in with a great gameplan. He took center ring and stayed way out of range to have enough time to react to Wilder’s attacks until he was ready to attack.
Wilder’s always depended on his opponent wearing down over the course of the fight then stopping them (sharing the ring with an opponent that can turn your lights out with one shot can be draining by itself). Parker didn’t wear down until that last round and, in the end, it wasn’t enough to allow himself to get clipped.Comment

^Yeah, he's evolved under Andy Lee, no doubt. This is a huge confidence builder for him. Stepping into the pocket with Wilder, and basically beating his ass is huge.
Here's the real question tho; Is Wilder just shot? He looked *very* reluctant to pull the trigger.Comment
