I've seen 2 interviews with Warren where he was asked if he is the lead promoter of the event. He replied that he is working in cooperation with His Excellency and several other promoters, including Eddie Hearn. If Warren was the lead promoter, why would he not say so when asked?

Because as I said in the first post, it didn't provide a single quote or piece of evidence that he is the lead promoter.

The biggest clue is that, when asked, no-one has said that Frank is the lead promoter. Not even Frank. No materials say he is the lead promoter. The ticket sales don't say he's the lead promoter.
