The biggest clue is that, when asked, no-one has said that Frank is the lead promoter. Not even Frank. No materials say he is the lead promoter. The ticket sales don't say he's the lead promoter.

Promoter, as in .. someone who publicises and advertises something. And "lead promoter" as in .. someone who funds and organises a boxing show, then sells the tickets and broadcasting rights for it.

Nobody is dis*****g that Warren and Queensbury took the lead in announcing and publicising the show in the UK, because they were already working with the Saudis on Fury vs Usyk, which was slated to be the main event.

But that doesn't make Frank Warren the lead promoter, in the way you are claiming here.
