154 is amassed with many fighters waiting for their calls. Plenty of fighters to stay busy with. He doesn't have to start with the top guys. Austin Trout is still active. Terrell Gausha, Lubin who had a lackluster performance in his last fight. There's Arias, Rosario, Fundora, Ramos, Mendoza, etc.

2 fights a year for the next 5-6 years and unifications if he can get a belt but like charlo and others (hurd, jrock, lara, etc) he'll have to go through a gauntlet at 154 and it's hard to keep that '0'. It was anticipated there would be a clash between Ortiz Jr and him. Fighting Tim is worth more than anything 147 esp if you can in his backyard and beat him. Mark my words mid-2025 he'll still be running his mouth in 147
