    he has no power

prograis just has zero defense, and no reaction time. he was out of position over and over again.

    pathetic performance.

I'm happy for him that he managed to drop Prograis. Been a long time since an opponent of his tasted the canvas. He'll be a lot more fun to watch if he's found a bit more power. One of his major deficiencies, TBH. I've felt for years that he's got the form, but not the substance, kinda like a guy who's "learned" martial arts from practicing forms but never pressure tested and learned the nuance that makes the form work.

I mean, I don't think Haney should allow this to go to his head. Even-though I wish he would've stepped on the gas and tried to get Prograis outta there, his discipline is what ultimately made the fight easy.

He looked terrible with lomachenko who is far smaller than him but just had good leg work, but against a plodder he lit them up. I want to see him fight Tank, I want to see if tank can still catch him with his T rex arms or if Haney never gets caught cause then he can win a decision.
I agree with your entire comment but I think this is an interesting point; Tank is a squat, powerful guy but I think he's far more educated in his skills when it comes to landing his power shots than someone like Prograis. It would be very interesting to see if Tank could figure out the puzzle of Hany and land that dynamite.

Speed is power and once Haney puts his punches together he is capable of hurting just about anyone. He dropped and hurt Prograis on several occasions in that fight last night.

I want to see him fight Tank too, but Tank is a coward, he won`t fight guys that could beat him.

It's called premature aging. I've noticed since the Josh Taylor fight that a lot of his hand to eye coordination and reflexes have slowed down. He can no longer string along accurate punches together or eat flush shots like he used to.

I can see why he has been at 135 for so long. He is a tall physically gifted guy with no power. I mean Prograis a a slow flat-footed guy and Haney never really hurt him.

                      He looked fine against Zepeda
