So that's particular exception doesn't do you any good unless you have been sued.

Again, I am not saying I believe Wilder. I do think Fury is a cheat. In fact, he's a proven cheat, who got off light by playing the mental health card. Whether he did in their fights or not, I do not know. But suing for defamation allows a lot of things to enter evidence that wouldn't otherwise be permitted. So we'll see if he ever uses Wilder. I really doubt he will.
Lying to a court, about anything, is an illegal activity. If Wilder and Fury ended up on court over these cheating accusations, neither could rely on a NDA to cover up the truth of what happened.

There is a legal term .. "no confidence in iniquity", which basically means that you can't rely on privacy laws to get away with breaking the law. And telling lies to a court is breaking the law.

Everybody was asking why Wilder hasn't been sued. The video should give you a clue, but most people will ignore it and pretend he never posted it, right after he won arbitration to enforce the rematch clause Fury was trying to get out of...

Why would Fury spend a ton of money to sue Wilder ?
What would he gain from success or failure ?

Wilder isn't worth the time to respond to. Fury knows this, AJ knows this.

Wrong! It's because the system is broken and the state of Nevada is corrupt. While I can't prove it.

However, I do have a hunch and a theory that Tyson Fury's alleged ties to the local Irish mob may have played some factor and had at least something to do with it.

By making the Nevada state officials to simply look the other way in order to make the case go away. I've heard rumors that they even destroyed evidence in the case so it would go undetected.

Hence why Wilder wants Fury to try to sue him. That's exactly what I've been saying the whole time... He may not be able to reveal his proof unless it ends up in court. Then he can...

That's been my point the whole time you've been responding to me. Come on.
