He also said he’d be the lineal champion after he secured the Fury fight , Wilder is as real as a guy trying to pawn a candy ring from a gum ball machine and passing it off as a 14 Karat diamond.

It's like saying Taylor Swift is the most famous pop star in the world, and someone countering there are more talented singers at Julliard. SFW. Being the face of boxing is about fame and popularity. You can't be the face of boxing if no one knows who you are, by definition. Joe Bloggs walking down the street hasn't heard of Inoue or Wilder or Bivol. Doesn't mean they aren't good at boxing, but it does mean they are not the face of boxing.
