I just cant see Regis actually winning this fight on points, he cant outpoint Haney, so he has got to stop him because he can't fairly win any other way.
Id much rather Regis win it.

You and me both man. You and me both. Regis is one of my favorites boxers, for a long time. And I really dislike Devin, so this is a very easy fight to root for Prograis. I honestly think Prograis is going to hurt Devin. I have seen nothing from Devin that tells me he's going to Willie Pep his way to a decision.

I think Devin wins this comfortably.

Regis is a southpaw, hits hard, I don't think Devin is fantastic vs southpaws & all that but to be 100% honest Regis is and this won't go down well but he is the product of a truly horrible division and quite frankly, isn't that good. In fact he is quite horrible and I should think an excellent technical boxer which Haney is should make light work of him.

I think Jojo and Loma are far, far more complex.

I originally felt this was more risk for Devin but the more I see of Regis I don't see him having any real success even unless he lands a big shot. He kind of sucks.

If Prograis is the same we saw against Zorrilla, Haney will have no problem whatsoever.

This is where I'm at. I'm hoping that fight was an anomaly, a fighting to the level of your opponent kind of fight, rather than Regis being on the slide. If it was, I wouldn't be too surprised to see Regis by stoppage. If it wasn't, a relatively easy night for Haney.

yeah it could've been a flat performance, fighting to the level of the opponent. But there's also the fact Regis is 34, not young for a 140lbs fighter. But he hasn't been in any wars except the Taylor fight, so i reckon he's still got some decent performances in him.

If Regis can start not letting Haney control the distance easily and find a way to get in position to land shots, then I think Haney is in trouble. But Regis doesn't have the best of quickest feet, so if it's evident early that Haney is controlling all the distance, then it'll be a long frustrating night for Regis.

Loma and Diaz both have quicker feet to get into range very fast. Diaz isn't a slick dancer but he's got them deceptively quick Hatton feet where he can be in range very fast. They both gave Haney problems with their foot speed and southpaw stance. Regis has the southpaw stance but not quite the foot speed and that's where he might struggle.

But one thing is for sure, if Regis can somehow get into the positions Loma and Diaz could, he will punish Haney much more.

Haney to win easy, 10-2 in a schooling, too sharp and too fast. Prograis needs to throw the kitchen sink, not head hunt and hit him wherever he can

I think Haney wins because of his wrestling tactics that go unpunished. I hope Prograis KO’s him though.
