Yes he is. But the focus should be on Canelo fighting Benavidez. Not Charlo who is probably not even ranked at 168.

It seems like a lot of people want to see Benavidez fight everyone but Canelo which makes absolutely no sense. Canelo has all the belts at 168 so he needs to either fight Benavidez or vacate. Charlo offers nothing for Benavidez.

for one Jose a natural welterweight that has Been stopped and charlo came as big as he ever has
Ryder on the other hand is like 6 something and a natural 168 pounder and at least canelo dropped him twice charlo only gave Jose love taps lol
