They're no SMW with the kind of opposition Morrell Jr has faced in only 9 fights, none. And no you haven't answered the question because you just mumbling and typing nonsense about andrade. Just answer this, why he was willing to fight him one year ago, why did he agreed a few months ago to fight him and instead he chose andrade? I'm dumb, spelled for me so everyone can read it.
By rankings, probably means third party ones like Ring, BoxRec, TBRB, not the alphabet organization crap. Those are all suspect because they remove the top guys from the other organizations, so there's way more room for weak guys to make it in the top 10.

Why Andrade? Money. Money. Money. Why else? Also to remove another competitor for the Canelo fight. Same reason he'd fight Charlo. They still only had 60K buys. Probably couldn't even do the Morrell fight on PPV because Morrell doesn't have a name.

Charlo won't have the balls to fight David sadly. Pity because David deserves a show case fight after fighting 2 tough style match ups.

I don't think it was about money. I'm pretty they got together and did a risk assessment. They didn't want to risk the jackpot. That's my opinion and I could be wrong, still nobody is going to say the truth anyway.

It's always about money. Showtime didn't want to pay for Morrell. I really doubt that Benavidez thinks Morrell is risky. I'm pretty sure he legitimately thinks he's invincible at 168.

He might think that, but he has a smart team around him, now he potentially could have three paydays, andrade, canelo and MDJ. I haven't read that SHO didn't want to pay, I beleive it was the same $$ for either one. In any case they're in a collision course, soon or later they should meet, the more they wait the better for Morrell Jr. I told a friend of mine that Spence had wait too long to make the fight with Crawford, it gave him time to fill out the body and acclimated to the weight, in contrast with Spence that he was outgrowing the division. In Morrell Jr case is going to be getting more experience and sharpening his tools. He is talented.

Money and prestige. He gets more credibility beating Andrade than beating a "so called" special fighter that almost no one knows, who hasn't beaten anyone. How difficult is that understand?.

You say is money and prestige, but the money was even, he never say anything about the money, I say it was the risk, you keep mentioning that he hasn't beat anybody, who has andrade beating? You say he is unknown, just like andrade snd benavidez is not known either. In any case their on a collision course and the division is not loaded with starsn, I believe they will fight and then we would see, you're an example of the new fans, playing matchmaking and promoter, excusing why one fighter doesn't need to fight another and reaping another if you don't like it, check the first 11 benavidez fights and compare with DMJ, then check the rest and stop at plant, you will see how similar the opponents are. I'm a fan that want to see the best and to me the best in this division are benavidez and Morrell Jr, I didn't see the victory over andrade as a big accomplishment, plant was a better win, excellent win, andrade made a career out ducking the best fighters in his division, he is been chasing a payday for the longest time. Again, it was a business decision and he's maximizing his earnings, nobody can blame him for that, but stop putting Morrell Jr down he has all the making of a future star and we need that in the sport, too many divas and cheaters.

Why doesn't Morrell fight anyone, he ducking everyone? There a lot talented boxers out there that you probably don't know about, do they get chance. No. Stop being delusional and live in reality. Morrell needs to get in the ring the a name and take the short end of the stick. It's very easy, Morrel needs to offer Plant good money the SAME way Benavidez did, get him in the ring and woop his ass. It's not rocket science.

How do you know they are not doing that? Besides you're missing the whole point, benavidez say "YES" already, what bigger boxer at SMW than him beside canelo? And a few weeks ago he said if ginger doesn't fight him, he would fight Morell Jr, he's the WBA mandatory there's no looking back now, no matter what you think he has to face the top dogs.

It's flat out not the same money for either one. Andrade, as much as I said he was overrated, at least was a world champion with title defenses, and the Olympic medalist. He's a far more known quantity than a guy with 9 fights, and to say otherwise is simple delusion. Much easier to put on a PPV. And considering that the PPV flopped anyways, it's an even harder sell now. Only a few boxing regulars know Morrell at all. Just look at how dismissive NSB is. He's got zero pull at all with the casuals, and you need the casuals to get a sniff at a PPV. That's the money for Showtime right there.

I agree that Benavidez needs to fight Morrell sooner rather than later or it will get better and better for Morrell. He's a dangerous guy.
