Is it fair to label Andrade a fraud?

He has an awkward fighting style, not a very fan friendly style, and he was avoided by Canelo and Charlo at 154 and 160. Not sure how much of that was him pricing himself out, though we know Charlo has a track record of avoiding damn near everyone. He was never able to headline a big venue outside of Providence. With age and added weight he couldn't carry the speed and reflexes above 160.

Stop making excuses for Andrade. He could have fought Lara, Janibek, Charlo, etc but instead chose to fight Euro level guys for vacant belts and then defend them against even lower level guys. His record is a farce and he lost his only step up fight in humiliating fashion.

Do you know why Benavidez is in line to fight Canelo? Because he beat guys like Plant, Lemieux, Dirrell, and Andrade first. Andrade barely handled guys like Williams, Sulecki, Martirosyan, and Culcay.
The Charlos didn't want it with him for years.

The first time they could've fought in 2014 was the ONLY time Andrade backed out of a big fight.

When was he supposed to fight Lara?

And Janibek didn't even become champ at 160 until Andrade was moving up to 168.

Fact is, Canelo ducked him in 2 weight classes, GGG & both of the Charlos ducked him too in classes they were all champions in.

Even Eddie Hearn said he was the "most ducked fighter he'd ever seen"

He chose to fight Culcay instead of Lara because he said Lara was too boring.

He's a guy who thinks calls out count
He has yet to pass a real test.
He's not good enough to be a fraud.

He looked good and passed the eye test but he never stepped it up and challenged himself or made himself the man to beat at a certain weight.

Regardless good fighters loose when they continue to go up in weight and challenge the top fighters.
