Who did Vitali have as his trainer against Johnson? I thought it was Szdunek? (Did I spell that right). I don't recall anyone else training Vitali during that fight.

As far as the criticism goes in the Mercer fight, to me that's baloney. Mercer was one of the best jabbers in the game. You are bound to get tagged by him a few times. I think that is why Wlad lost to Sanders because switching trainers back and forth does not help one bit. Just look at Tyson since he left Rooney.

What's your opinion of Szdunek? I think he is good for Vitali, don't think he is good for Wlad however. I don't think Steward is good for Wlad either.

Trying to blame Stewart for Wlad's downfall is silly and ridiculous. He's still a good trainer. That **** doesn't just disappear. The only thing you could really say is that maybe Stewart trying to change Wlad's way of fighting, teaching him stuff that works for other guys or something wasn't what Wlad needed. But to say Stewart sucks as a trainer is weak.

I apoligise if i offended you. But the thread was relating to when Wlad wil stop being an attraction due to the loses he is suffering and the ones that are likely to come. My point is that Wlad has held and title so he has still potential at 28 yrs old and that relating to the Cooney - Holmes clash, he can be sold over the spectrum of fans because he has an unusally appeal, a white, world class heavyweight!
