Fury v Usyk should like all others , only be rematched IF the fans demand or it's controversial , then all these other guys would have to look sharp instead of waiting around in sub standard fights when there's much better match ups on the very bill they are fighting on in Saudi for huge money!
Ok. Only Fury Usyk matters... **** the rest of dividision. HW category is made only for Fury and Usyk. No one else should even box. There was boxing before and will be after Fury and Usyk.

Very likely. people are expecting too much.

It could be something like Fury Klitschko or Fury White. Boring as hell.

On the one hand, rematch clauses suck, and I'd prefer if they could only be triggered if a majority of fans and boxing media call for one. On the other, it's obnoxious when the IBF strips a champion who is clearly still the champion for this reason. If they have a contractual reason they can't make the fight, make an interim or make them champ in recess and require the newly minted champ to face them in the first title defense.

But why they dont want to fight mandatory? Where is the problem? Other guys deserve their shoot..if they wait for rematches it can take 2 years....so...if they are true champions and tjey are really the best on the planet in this moment why should they be afraid of fighting Hrgovic? Many here think thet Hrgovic is overrated...so... Try champion would fight his mandatory and made a statement that he is the best. Everything else is bull****ting

Someone needs to put a mic in front of Eddie and ask him why this crappy match-up is taking place. I know Hrgovic doesn't want to make the same mistake Joyce made by jeopardizing his title shot, but it doesn't change the fact that Hrgovic/De Mori is a piss break that decreases the event's overall value.

I get the reasoning. But, fighting a guy ranked #296 on BoxRec is truly abominable. And please don't bring up Ali in relation to Hrgovic.

De Mori is not even ranked by the IBF! Why are they allowing this behavior from their #1 contender?

He has Croatian roots and his wife is from Croatia. I believe that Hrgovic gave him this fight so that he can get a payday. Something like Fury did with Chisora, he fought him just bcs they are friends....this is rason why he is fighting de mori. But that is not important. He does not want to make any risk to lose possotion and that is fine by me. Joe joyce now looks like a fool after losing to ZZ.
