Exactly, pre fight rematch clauses are killing the sport. If the fight is great, have your rematch but down the line or immediately after by popular demand, not because of greedy promoter's.

Rematches are bad for boxing and extremely bad for us. I can't count how many times we had to watch a rematch that we didn't care about rather than another fight for either fighter.
So much of the excitement in boxing comes from us wondering what is going to happen when two guys have never fought and the bell rings. So much uncertainty and vulnerability is unrivaled.

The only fight that matters is Fury v Usyk , we were hoping for Wilder v Joshua but they seemed to have both bottled it, but then they have four loses to the former. So just like the others they will fight in quite pointless fights , trying as Joshua calls it , to get 'that pot of gold'. Fury v Usyk should like all others , only be rematched IF the fans demand or it's controversial , then all these other guys would have to look sharp instead of waiting around in sub standard fights when there's much better match ups on the very bill they are fighting on in Saudi for huge money!

I had to watch Joshua - Usyk twice and Fury -Wilder 3 times.

I really don`t want to see Fury -usyk for all the belts twice. Fine, have your rematch, but not for all the belts.

Fury - Usyk is going to be a boring fight. The styles are not going to mesh well. If you though Fury - Wlad was boring, I would wager more on this being even worse.
