Can you find someone he actually fought that disproves what I’m saying. If not, your weak attempt to use a so called negotiation is not sufficient. If you want to go by negotiations, he was actually trying to negotiate with jermall charlo during the lowest point of his career and possibly life. But again, we’re talking about who he’s actually fought.

Easy…. Benevidez for obvious reasons. Andrade because he is a stylistic nightmare for Canelo. Just look at the Trout and Lara fights. Canelo had difficulty with both and Andrade destroyed Trout 3x in the amateurs and is bigger, faster, stronger and slicker than both. Eddie Renoyso was smart to keep Canelo away from Andrade all those years. Even back before Canelo fought GGG his trainer Able Sanchez publicity called out Canelo and said “ who is Canelo going to fight instead of GGG ?? Andrade ?? Andrade would make him look ******”. Everyone knew back then that Andrade was way too slick for Canelo. And for 10 years he avoided him. But for Eddie to watch Canelo call out Andrade and say he wanted “payday” was ridiculous because Eddie Hearn knew Andrade had accepted a Canelo fight for $5m which was almost half of Kovalev’s purse and DAZN offered to pay Canelo more money to fight Andrade and Canelo chose to fight a shot Kovalev instead for less money !! I’m not saying Canelo didn’t make a safer choice but he definitely knew Andrade could care less about the Canelo payday because he knew Andrade had accepted way less to fight him.

Your hero Frank was renowned for protecting his fighters behind WBU/WBOgus titles and by matching them with non-punchers.

Look at Eddie still sucking Canelo's baws. Notice he never mentioned Bivol, Canelo's daddy. Wasn't Canelo a 4:1 favorite over Bivol too?

Benavidez belongs to 175. he will miss the weight or come drained and lose the fight.

He just doesn`t want to get destroyed by Beterbiev or lose every round to Bivol.

Highly improbable, he'll have some trouble with an Andrade's mobility and speed early, he's not a high ring IQ fighter he's a fighter getting by on talent. The boiled down 175lber will wear down and stop the blown up 154lber.

Why do people expend so much energy arguing about negotiations they were not part of? They gather together a few snippets from the media and YouTube talking heads and suddenly think they've got a handle on things. So boring.

Canelo tried to do the rematch with Bivol, who is neither a cherrypick nor a guy coming off a bad performance

The fact that Bivol chose to kill the fight by making demands as if he was the A-side isn’t Canelo’s fault.
