I think Demetrius has the ability to out box Benavidez but the question I have about him is, can he do that for 12 rounds?

I've seen Demetrius stamina drain against lack luster competition. If he does that against Benavidez, he's not going to win.

Despite the hype of the Mexican monster, he's a simple, no special effects fighter as Floyd calls it. No different than Diego Corrales or Margarito. In my opinion.

If you can box, you can beat Benvidez (both of them). Demetrius can box but he has to do it for 12 rounds without lowering the output.

It's odd that despite how easy it is for Canelo to get any fight he wants, he somehow can't get the rematch against Bivol. I wonder why...and it's not Bivol.

Blah blah blah. Enough with the excuses or assumptions of what you think Canelo wanted or believe he wanted to do. Stick to facts and what actually has happened for the last almost decade of his career. Find an actual opponent he’s faced that disproves what I wrote or move on.

Andrade is a proud Olympian, he isn't going out like a punk and is a far better fighter than Plant who went to his camps for sparring. I think it's a Lara/Hurd fight late but Andrade fights 2nd level and gives your odd angles vs fighting straight up like Lara so he is going too hard to corner or pin on the ropes even if his 35-year-old legs start to go. It's no secret PBC is literally selling Canelo vs Benavidez to a potential network work partner. Close fight. Andrade wins the boxing match but Benavidez gets maximum scorecards and Al Haymon vote just for pressure even if he is getting tagged. Andrade will have fights down the road vs Charlo Morrell and Plant on the new network. They are all mid30s now so they have to fight. I just wish we were looking at the 27-30 old Andrade. He busts Benavdiez up. Good luck. I've watched him since the amateur and when he used to spar with Shawn Porter and Troy King.

            Where's your evidence for this?

How does your Grand Conspiracy work in practice? I always see people throw comments like this out as if it's taken for granted judges can be bought. Explain how that works in practice.

Roelly Romero ends up being a legit belt older on PBC. It don't get any better than that. thank you Al Haymon. Benavidez will be doing the same at the end of the fight.

You can play ostrich with your head under a rock. They are literally promoting Benavidez and Canelo now.

Nice try, but you didn't respond with anything substantive. Unsurprisingly.

Canelo had difficulty with both and Andrade destroyed Trout 3x in the amateurs and is bigger, faster, stronger and slicker than both. Eddie Renoyso was smart to keep Canelo away from Andrade all those years. Even back before Canelo fought GGG his trainer Able Sanchez publicity called out Canelo and said “ who is Canelo going to fight instead of GGG ?? Andrade ?? Andrade would make him look ******”. Everyone knew back then that Andrade was way too slick for Canelo. And for 10 years he avoided him. But for Eddie to watch Canelo call out Andrade and say he wanted “payday” was ridiculous because Eddie Hearn knew Andrade had accepted a Canelo fight for $5m which was almost half of Kovalev’s purse and DAZN offered to pay Canelo more money to fight Andrade and Canelo chose to fight a shot Kovalev instead for less money !! I’m not saying Canelo didn’t make a safer choice but he definitely knew Andrade could care less about the Canelo payday because he knew Andrade had accepted way less to fight him.
Come on, Canelo's fought and beat Smith and Kovalev both of which hit harder than the 'monster'. And Saunders too for the greater skilled. He hasn't fought them because they refused to take a risk and preferred to cry and whine about not getting the fight.

                    .
Yes, a big SM who throws hands like manny pac, has no special fx. You should convince Canelo of that because he clearly disagrees with you, hence the epic ducking that will only get worse.

If you think he is just like Marqarito you need glasses. He has a similar quality but far better attributes and skills, which is why he is such a monster.

He doesn't really throw hands like Pacquiao. He has quick short hooks on the inside though.

But overall his game is rather simple and an actually good boxer can exploit him easy.

While I will make the assumption that people similar to yourself would complain that the actually good boxer was "running" the whole fight when he ultimately loses on the cards.

All of this doesn't mean Benavidez is a bad boxer though. Which is what I think you are assuming I am saying which is the result of your comment.

Benavidez is good he's just not all that. He's a pretty simple boxer ultimately. Just like Golovkin whom I actually like a lot.
