Ennis has a legitimate complaint, I don't believe that he has a legitimate claim to the IBF title.
Now he has to fight every top rated fighter in the 147 pound division in order to be recognized as a true champion.
Fight, and knockout Santillan, Barrios, Crawley, Cissokho, Benn, and Thurman, because it doesn't look like you're going to get Spence, or Crawford.

A fight or two with high ranked fighters will shut the naysayers up. What I don't want to see is all the sudden Ennis starts talking about A side/B side crap and negotiating through the public.

For you to finally fight somebody with a pulse . And don’t give me “they ducking you” nonesense, take a pay cut and pay more to these opponents and get them in the ring. If you truly care for your legacy take a pay cut and make fights happen

Still an email champ. He should’ve at least fought the #2 guy for the belt. What’s even more funnier is you trying to call out people with opinions for them to turn professional lmao criticism is part of boxing. If you’re such a snowflake just stop watching boxing

Let’s simplify your logic please - name the “guys with with pulse” that Crawford or Bud fought at 26 years of age.
This is a simple question. Please name them.

The excuse now is more of a logical reason and that is Bud could not care less about getting that belt anymore. He got it never lost it and wants to make the most money and that means picking an opponent like Canelo to cash out. That's the reasoning however I personally would prefer and love to see Bud vs Boots.

Check this out tho, now that Jaron Ennis has been gifted a "championship title," he no longer has any reason to fight Crawford. Think about it, why fight the extremely dangerous T-Bud in a risky fight for a belt when he already has one.

Boots now has the opportunity to milk the hell out of his IBF strap for as long as he wants against bums, cab drivers, journeymen etc... for very easy money. I highly doubt the TC fight happens now or ever.

“He should have fought the #2 guy” - let’s dissect this statement, shall we?
Boots has no say in what the sanctioning bodies do. It’s not like he called them up and told them to elevate him to full champion. The IBF should have had the top two guys fight but they didn’t.
Sanctioning bodies do a lot of shït like that.
PAC and Margarito fought for a vacant 154 Ibs title at a catchweight of 150 Ibs. Try telling that to PAC fans watch how butthurt they get. It gave PAC the dubious distinction of being an 8 division title.

To give it context, Boots is 26 year old. He is a better known than the 26 year old version of Spence and has a better resume than Spence. Where was Bud at 26?

Boots journey as a belt holder, legit or otherwise has just started. If he starts fighting nondescript guys then you guys will have a case of criticizing him and so will his fans.

All we see is misplaced toxic rage and hate. It’s not just him. We see that toxic hate directed at Shakur too.
Boxing fans are an incredible lot. I got my own issues but I save my “hate and disgust” for important matters.
