It's a bit unfair to say he's not very good because you wouldn't beat his last two opponents unless you are a good fighter, but you are right in that he seems to make hard work of it.
 
the commentators often make out like he chooses to get into a tear up but I don't think so at all. I think for someone who supposedly has very good skills, he doesn't seem that difficult to cut off in the ring
