Even if the cut is genuine and severe the essence of my point is unchanged. With someone of Fury's history, delaying the fight only ever meant more time for things to go wrong.

I think Fury would do some gay sh^t for this ~$100M check. Let alone fight a guy who was closer to losing to AJ than ppl act like twice.

I do agree if Usyk is taking a fight as I'm seeing more talk on than I'd classify this as a cancelation more than a postponement so I'd agree with you & most ppl on that. But with the seriousness of that cut its not a surprise the fight isn't being pushed back 4-8wks or some sh^t & Usyk is looking at other options rather than sitting til this fight makes sense to both guys & the Saudis again which could be in the summer or next Riyadh Season.

Usyk should definitely look to fight Hrgovic in the interim, even if it's not on February 17th or in Saudi Arabia. Deal with the mandatory like he did Dubois. It serves the purpose of keeping his belts intact and staying sharp while Fury heals.
