Well technically Fury could've truly "trained as hard as he could" for 12 weeks...I mean the hardest Fury trains might consist of 10 minutes sparring session 3 times a week in between 6 meals of Papa Johns and Shake Shack and whatever burger joint of choice.
I've heard my fat co-worker, a self proclaimed 5'9" 250 lbs but also claims to be healthy and fit because he's got an "football athlete (whatever that position thats big and bulky)" body and has been working out hard, having already lost 30 lbs since the beginning of the year. His work out consists of hitting the gym (weight lifting) for 30 minutes once a week, but that is also "hard work" for him.
