Why all the drama over moving it forward a month? The 2 month time between fights was/is crazy anyway.
It should always be 3-4 months minimum unless it's really early in a fighter's career. Just my 37 cents worth, that's all.

And if Usyk were to go and take an exhibition now it would be too soon.

By December, Fury won't have defended the belt in a year. And 20 months since he fought anyone of any kind of worth.

Fury can fight all the crossover exhibitions he wants. He go and do WWE in November if he wants. But he's supposed to defend his belt from time to time. It's not an excuse to move a signed fight.

You can say it's only a month, but I reckon Team Klitschko were saying that 8 years ago. Usyk is at the top of the sport and the current peak of his career - he can't just keep waiting for Fury. He's going to end up with mandatories given he has 3 of the belts.

Don't claim to know what's inside my mind as a theatrical way of defending your secular god (Fury). With your secular god Fury's history of unreliability/inactivity there's every chance one delay could turn into indefinite postponement.

As someone who doesn't worship other humans I just want to see the best fight in boxing happen as soon as possible. I don't accept any excuses for an unnecessary delay of this fight.

I don't see anything that would prevent Fury from showing up at the gym, business as usual. That it may take longer than 12/23 to get in shape is the only hold up I'm seeing and that's not a legitimate reason.

As stated before I’m not even a fan of Fury mate This secular God nonsense you’re coming with is not a good look, it’s embarrassing.

It doesn’t seem like you do want that. You’d rather the fight die over a date so you can somehow blame Fury for it when it’s Usyk’s team who are insisting that date than it happen 1-2 months later which is very easily done and plausible.

Fury just got dropped and beat up, to expect him to now turn around in 7 weeks is ****** and if it was the other way round you’d be putting total blame the other way and rightfully so.
