There is no fat you cannot get rid of, I guarantee you if you restrict what is going down your neck, the fat will leave, as a matter of fact you cannot remove all internal fat through exercise it can only be done with calorie control.

Fury did not even take the fight seriously, was out of shape and still never looked gassed. My only gripe was that he was rushing his work and was off-balance in spots. If he had been more methodical and not rush his work, he would have won every round easily. Francis did not adapt to his 1-2 and was getting hit by that all night outside of that 1 time he dropped fury.

I find it hilarious that YOU boxing fans should have known better than to base an entire sport's conditioning on a fat tub of lard with disgusting looking muffin tops. *face palm*

Lack of fear doesn't win professional fights
              Lack of skill usually does.

He managed his energy well. I was surprised because his gas tank is considered suspect in MMA, I guess largely because of how he looks and that hes rarely needed to last long.

I think boxing generally takes better conditioning because the fights tend to go longer and the pace is a lot more predictable. Theres so much variation in how an MMA fight can play out in comparison, it COULD be harder than a boxing match (in terms of pace and damage taken) but generally its easier.

One thing that I do think definitely helped Ngannou in that fight was how hes used to opponents trying to grapple him. When you have actual wrestlers trying to ragdoll you like their lives depend on it you're not gonna have to worry too much about Fury trying to do it.

Then why isn't he always in 'Klitschko' shape. He is always working and never slacking.

I mean most train in wrestling and that offers better conditioning than boxing.

                      He had 12 weeks camp.

Just because we're boxing fans doesnt mean we should be blind and excuse the embarassement fury brought to boxing.
