I doubt it. AJ is the only golden goose Eddie now has. No more Canelo. I would be extremely shocked if he takes the Wilder fight. Wilder has no belt, but has the power to turn AJ's lights out. Joshua will fight some Euro stuff late in December, then declare himself ready for Fury.Comment

I thought that was pretty much universally accepted?
Both Wilder and Joshua's teams went with that story despite it being quite embarrassing for them. Even Arum and Warren seem to be in on that being the way things went down.
But BlackRobb knows otherwise?Comment

So you don't think they both recently agreed a fight only for the Saudis to lose their status?

Wilder and Joshua agreed to fight each other. They had a deal in place. And the people they were dealing with in Saudi Arabia basically fell out of favour and were unable to live up to the deal. I don't think that's been disputed by anyone.
They're now trying to get the fight made somewhere else.
So, yes, Joshua will go in with Wilder. And Wilder will go in with Joshua. And Hearn and Finkel will 'allow' them to. In fact I'd they can get the right money they'd be desperate to get them in together - that's where the money is.Last edited by Toffee; 10-28-2023, 04:11 PM.Comment

If you have no idea then I'll clue you in.
