wilder has a deal with the pbc that is not linked to attendance, ppv sales, or live gate. he made over 20 million to fight helenius even though the gate did 1.5 million and only sold 75k ppv buys. thats a massive money loser and im sure thats why he hasnt been fighting lately. pbc contractually has to pay him a certain amount per fight and they know he will cost them millions unless its a big big fight but wilder is ducking all the big big fights, hence wilder isnt fighting because pbc doesnt want to give him easy fights/lose money

Wilder just got pummeled like a ragdoll twice by Fury. He fought a Helenius who apparently was told to fight like Fury, which he can't, and he walked into a ko shot in the first minute of the fight.

A Ruiz fight would show where Wilder is at this point, and he and his team do not want that. Why is Wilder Ruiz not a 50/50? Or at worst, 60/40. I believe they offered 70/30....that means Ruiz is leaving millions on the table for a fight with no belts and risk. And that means Wilder is leaving 5 million or more on the table because he is pricing himself out.

If Ruiz was a damaged walkover, ok. But he will give Wilder hell. And AJ probably beats Wilder. Those Fury beatings were brutal, Wilder does not want to fight anyone with a pulse and so he is pricing himself out and doing reality tv.
Helenius got KO'd at the end of the round.

send that 4 million offer to zhang buddy...oh wait you arent doing that are you

they actually have different managers. finkel and garcia. and it was wilders manager shelly finkel who walked away from the ruiz fight after the pbc, haymon, and the wbc set it up. The WBC confirmed they altered the situation after Shelly Finkel exclusively told WBN Wilder vs Ruiz was off the table, and if you add in the evidence that wilder low balled ruiz with 30 percent when by the wbc's own rules ruiz was entitled to 40, you can see wilder did not want the fight. if he wanted the fight he would have forced a purse bid but instead it was "off the table" meaning they want a different opponent and im sure the wbc will accommodate them, remember how wbc ranked #6 breazele became mandatory? by jumping #1 whyte and fighting #12 eric molina in an eliminator. this has already happened so why are you acting all surprised? history repeats itself. how do you think wilder got all those bum opponents as title defenses? this is a racket, a scam, a grift, a ruse, a con. wilder is manufactured. i mean all fighters are but this is intense manufacturing. extreme manufacturing.

The only way to get ruiz into the ring now is to explain it in a pizza pie graph

              stock-photo-vegetarian-pizza-on-a-green-background-pizza-primavera-and-just-one-slice-single-slice-of-spring-1588837165.jpg

this one even looks like a little pacman, offer him 1 slice first, he says no, offer 2 etc, his gut will tell him when its right

And Wilder turned down 10x or more than that.

Exactly what I was about to say. Every time I see a flat fee quoted for a main event I'm thinking it's subterfuge. $4mil might sound a lot to most people but if the fight is worth many times that then it's a bad deal.

exactly, someone like ruiz is now a good opponent with name value, if u dont offer him a percentage u are not even being serious it could be argued i would say

offering Ruiz 4m sounds fair hes not a huge name is a one hit wonder. if the pot is 10m Wilder takes 6m Ruiz 4m that sounds very much fair value. Wilder isnt a huge a ppv draw yet his name is bigger than Ruiz for sure
