Yeah, I hadn't been following it, but if Haney walked because Shakur activated his mandatory/mandatory split than that's nuts. Mandaory split is like 25% so what did he offer? 15?

As far as I know, 25/75 they can get more if they're all in agreement. But no mandatory should or take less than that.

I don't even know why this narrative ran all the way to being seen as a serious offer. 60/40 would have been a realistic offer.

To me, it's Haney's way of saying, "Go away little midget. I'm not interested. Can't even make 135 anymore. I'm focused on moving up." Then ended up saying, "Okay, I'll give you 25 split." End of story.

Another narrative that don't make sense is this Haney having been short changed in the Kambosos fights. It's complete bogus. He was offered the same deal to what Lomachenko was given had the Ukraine war didn't happen. He even got to travel to Australia. Everyone was on social media such as Tank, Shakur, Ryan Garcia saying they will take the Kambosos fight in a heartbeat.
