Comments Thread For: Fury: Joshua's Bubble Has Been Burst - Spanked By Usyk Twice, KO'd By a Fat Man

Tyson's just promoting Franny up a bit. He's doing what he needs to do to sell the fight he's fighting. What's really sad is boxing fans co-signing the idea that Fran is a better opponent for Fury than Josh.
Maybe you don't think of AJ as elite. Maybe you always saw Joshua as less than Wilder, then Fury, and now Usyk too. Maybe you're not sure he beats Ortiz. Cool, all that ****, yeah I get it, but also, Joshua probably KO's Francis. He is a x2 unified HW champion and Franny's just an MMA fighter.
Remember, Brock Lesnar punched so hard it made men do backflips ... until he didn't.
Rhonda was such a good boxer she covered Ring and could beat up May ... until she got KTFO
Conor's striking was so elite he was going beat up May too ... until he got walked through
Point is, Franny's fighting Tyson so he's a no hoper. If he was fighting Joshua, Wilder, Ruiz, Usyk, hell even Ortiz, he'd still be a no hoper.
Conor got to cash out on Money, but, did it take Money to walk through him? Bet some **** ass like AB could have too. Bet Josesito Lopez ****s Conor up.
Joshua compared to top BOXERS, okay, talk ****, I may join in. Joshua compared to Francis Ngannou, yeah, I reckon Joshua's the boxer there.

So, with everything that he’s accomplished, Fury is waving goodbye to the sport as he focuses on fattening his bank account and venturing off into something else entirely.
“I've got new goals - I want to top the Forbes list for highest paid athlete for the year, and I want to make a Hollywood movie,” said Fury to Queensberry Promotions. “I've completed the game in the ring, it's done. I've done everything there is to do and won every belt there is to win.”

Do you think AJ will come anywhere near Fury? Can't you see Eddie is already planning an escape route for Joshua to go for the leftover/vacant belt instead of facing Fury or even Wilder or Zhang? He can fight Wilder for WBC mandatory or Zhang for WBO mandatory but they want to wait to fight Hrgovic for when a belt is vacated.

Fury's 'offers' have long ceased to be worth entertaining if you've already got any kind of plan in place. And in this case the whole world already knew who Fury was going to be fighting.
WBC mandatory has to be coming. The only fighters above him are inactive and not looking like they'll fight any time soon.

My guess is Eddie/AJ plans to avoid Fury and look for any belts that will get vacated. If he does get one, then we'll start all over again with who's the A-side and B-side and I do not see that fight happening anytime soon.
