Zhang as of today could beat anyone on any given day. But hes 41, and as time ticks, his chances are diminishing and the big names will get zhang in time, whilst Zhang fights lower tier to keep busy like against Parker, or King Kong or Chisora.

Hrgovic had to get off the canvas and Joyce got KO'd twice... Fury has a good defence but I'd imagine he'd have to get off the canvas a few times if Zhang connected flush in a hypothetical fight. Zhang also has a solid chin. Yes his stamina is suspect but he is usually able to critically hurt his opponent by then.

he is a live dog against anyone rn.

Nobody sees that as his best fight.

I'd imagine most people see the fight against Wlad as his best fight.

Maybe he wins, but Joshua is not one of the slowest heavyweights in history like Joyce is.

I think his best fight (performance) was v Usyk 2 , I'd say his best win to date was Whyte who was raw but 'live' , Wlad was 41 and had been out for almost two years after the Fury defeat.....lets see what the Joshua boys think??????

Joshua v Klitschko was probably the top two heavyweights at the time in the ring.

TBRB considered them the top two heavyweights afterwards too.

It's the highlight of his career without a doubt.

And yes, he fought at a high level against Usyk in a fight I'm not sure he was ever equipped to win. That's why it's too early to write him off.

I'd say there's a stronger case for not writing him in....he's done nothing since Ruiz destroyed him and not that much before. There's a lot of good fighters out there now and Joshua is not making any impact.

If he didn't do anything, you better not rate anyone else, because Joshua has fought more and better competition at heavyweight than Fury, Ruiz, Usyk, or Wilder.
